Where do I export from?
  1. Open Instagram app
  2. Go to Settings & privacy
  3. Tap Accounts Center
  4. Select Your information and permissions
  5. Tap Export your information
  6. Choose Export to device
  7. Select "Followers and Following" in JSON format
