Common questions
Do I need to log in to Instagram?
No. You never connect your Instagram account here. Everything is based on the ZIP file you download directly from your own Instagram settings. We never ask for your username, password, or session token.
What's the difference between "doesn't follow back" and "unfollowed me"?
Doesn't follow back = someone you're currently following who has never followed you back (or who followed and then unfollowed at some point).
Unfollowed me = someone who was following you before and has since stopped. To detect this, you need two exports taken at different times — that's what the Snapshot comparison is for.
How accurate are the results?
The results are as accurate as your Instagram export — which is the official data from your account. We don't rely on scraping, APIs, or estimates. If Instagram's export says someone doesn't follow you, they don't follow you.
How much does it cost?

Is my data stored or shared?
