Where do I get my Instagram export?
- Open the Instagram app
- Go to Settings & privacy
- Tap Accounts Center
- Select Your information and permissions
- Tap Export your information
- Choose Export to device
- Select "Followers and Following" in JSON format
Know the difference
This tool compares change over time
A saved Snapshot provides the earlier follower list. The new export provides the later list. Accounts that cannot be matched across those two points can be reported as changes within that comparison window.
If you only have one export, you can still check who does not currently follow you back, but that current relationship state does not prove a recent unfollow.
